The 1966 NFL season featured the defending champion Packers beginning their quest for a second straight NFL Championship, and the fourth in six years. Furthermore, the Packers would go on to represent the NFL in the historic first ever NFL-AFL Championship Game, later to be known as the Super Bowl.
